We collect the information you provide when you register (name, email address) and the content you create using the Service (guest lists, budget data, uploaded photos). We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service, send transactional emails (RSVP confirmations, invitations), process payments, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Payments

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Planora never stores your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers within the EU/US. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we cannot read them.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may delete individual weddings or your entire account at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use localStorage (not cookies) to persist your session and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Your Rights

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
