1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Planora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Planora provides wedding planning and coordination tools. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload or create through the Service.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are available as a one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring charges. Once purchased, you retain access to your plan permanently. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Planora. By uploading content, you grant Planora a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Data Deletion

When you delete a wedding or close your account, all associated data (guests, photos, budget records) is permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be reversed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Planora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
